Essentially, I’m an expert question-asker. I received my B.A. from Stanford in 2009 and my Ph.D. from the University of Chicago in 2017, where I wrote about new feelings and old ideologies in the United States. There I designed and taught courses on the American Dream, digital historiography, creative writing, and poetry–to name a few.
Currently, I work for several clients as a content strategist, researcher, editor, and marketing designer. Take a look at my portfolio for samples of my work.
Ultimately, I design powerful stories with simple words. With enough luck and grace, I can help anyone turn difficult content into messages that really matter. Contact me if you want to talk.
Finally, I hate semicolons and love em dashes. I play trombone poorly, I remember most of my dreams, and I believe in loving the world as if it were real. I live in Chicago with my partner and my dog.
